To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal.

All garments purchased at full price can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the original shipping date. Items must be unworn and have ALL tags attached. THERE IS A $9.95 RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS.

We will accept no returns, exchanges, or store credit after 14 days from our original ship date. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Anything shipped to Minnie Rose after the 14 DAY PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN.

Exchanges:

Our products are in high demand. There is no guarantee the new item is in stock when your return is received by our warehouse.

Final Sale:

Items marked down 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Authorization:

Please complete your return request here: Return Portal. A return label will be generated upon the approval of your return request. You will receive the label at the email address you provided during your purchase. Please allow 3 business days to receive your return label.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for transit and an additional 3 business days to process your credit. Your refund will be issued to your credit card account.

All returns should be shipped by FedEx using the printed label available in our Return Portal, so that a tracking number will be available.

Price Adjustments

Upon request, price adjustments will be made on merchandise permanently marked down within 7 days of the original date of purchase. No price adjustments will be made for temporary price reductions or seasonal sale items that are not permanently marked down.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped, changes can be handled through our exchange and return policy.
